Fulfillment Policy

FULFILLMENT

Clients will have access to their learning environment in the CleanTrainU platform within one week of the date of their first payment. This provides time for their custom environment to be set up and for training to take place.

The agreement between the client and CleanTrainU will begin on the date of first payment. It shall automatically renew for successive 1-month periods unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be granted unless there are extenuating circumstances. Email bhoak@cleantrainu.com with any such circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly payments will continue until either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term. To terminate your agreement, email bhoak@cleantrainu.com with your cancellation request.
